<p>He was out skiing, hunting and exercising almost every day and he had to warm the little house by a simple fire. No central heating there:) although he had electricity. Anyway, the cabin was usually very cold every morning so he burned a lot of fat just to stay warm.</p>
<p>The first week he lost 10 pounds and the total loss was 68 pounds during his stay there.</p>
